We provide services to individuals charged with Driving While Intoxicated, drug and alcohol possession, assault and other A and B level misdemeanor charges. We also handle domestic assault and juvenile matters, including abuse and neglect. We also handle felony charges arising out of the operation of motor vehicles including felony DUI and negligent homicide. We have been providing services in these areas for more than 20 years. ABOVE ALL, WE MAKE SURE OUR CLIENT'S RIGHTS ARE PROTECTED. We examine the charges brought against our clients in detail, including the records relied upon by the state and then review them thoroughly with our clients. Plea bargain options are explained as are the risks of going forward with trial. We bring understanding and compassion to our relationships with our criminal clients. .We do our best to make sure our clients understand each step of the process and that they are always able to make informed decisions when the time comes to make them.

We regularly practice in all state courts of New Hampshire as well as before the Division of Motor Vehicles and other New Hampshire state agencies. We offer flat fee or retainer based fee arrangements. The flat fee option is available on most criminal matters we handle. Retainer based billing is available on all matters we handle. We do require the flat fee or retainer be paid at the beginning of the representation. Retainers are based on our estimate as to the amount of time required to effectively handle the matter to a conclusion in the court where the action originated based on the information available at the beginning of representation. As the file is being processed, additional retainers may be required.
