Our General Litigation services are geared to the individual or business that finds that formal dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration or mediation options have to be considered because they need to rectify a legal problem. We offer innovative fee arrangements in these areas. Hourly retainer based fee arrangements are always available and are usually utilized when we represent a defendant. Additionally we offer "blended" fee arrangements. Blended fee arrangements are offered to some of our clients who are plaintiffs and whose legal problem is appropriate. Blended arrangements are structured so that the risk of going forward is shared between you as our client and our office. We are sensitive to clients concerns about the cost of legal services and we will work with you to devise a fee arrangement appropriate to the problem you bring to our office.
