Once we are hired to handle an injury claim on behalf of a client we bring 25 years of experience in dealing with injury claims and insurance companies. Our clients receive assistance not only in dealing with the injury claim itself but also with problems which often accompany injuries. Assistance in obtaining necessary medical treatment, resolving conflicts between existing insurance coverage, dealing with unresolved property damage claims, and assistance in dealing with accompanying financial difficulties are part of the services we provide to our clients.

Fees are almost exclusively based on a percentage of the recovery obtained, but a client can hire us on an hourly basis to handle the claim. In most cases the percentage we charge is twenty-five percent of the recovery unless litigation has to be filed. The fee then increases to one-third.
